Kinder Teachers: Grab This for Next Year

Here is the freebie I promised all of you. Thank you for all the sweet words of encouragement. I can always count on teachers to be there for me. Anyhow I want you to have this assessment for your files. Put the grades on the front cover and I recommend making a packet out of this if you are using it for assessment purposes. The final page is know as response to literature and I love to see what they write and draw. I like putting the rubric on the paper and going over it with my students so they get immediate feedback. It makes this process simple!
What do you think? Any other ideas? Grab it here.

Thank you so much for the Three Pigs assessment. I love doing fairy tales with my students. They have so much fun. Thanks for all that you have shared with us!!

This looks great. At my school, we also use the Three Billy Goats Gruff. Fairy tales lend themselves to a younger audience. They love the repetitive dialog. Thanks for sharing.

This looks great! I want to incorporate more rubrics this year; the parents really want to know how/why/what they can do to follow their children's progress. :-)

I hope you won't leave us completely. My experience hasn't been favorable when our most experienced and most collaborative teachers get pulled to the district office. They seem to get sucked into the vortex of paperwork and adminis-trivia. Please say you will continue to post and share and mentor us our out here in cyberland.
I have dreamed of watching you in action. I want everything lesson and posting you have ever done.
With all of that said. Best wishes and enjoy the new experiences.
