I am so excited to let you know that my new Pete the Cat packet is almost finished and I hope you like all the activities I have created for you to use. This time Pete is rocking in his school shoes and learns all about his new learning environment. I am having so much fun with this. My class adores the first book and I am saving this one for a bit later in the year. I want to focus on "action words" when I read this one and right now we are still learning to build stamina and follow classroom procedures.

I can’t wait for your activities to come for “Rockin in my School shoes!” My students loved this cat so much that it inspired me to create Pete the Cat as Pete the Pirate to go with our pirate theme and rules this year! Does Pete complain? ARRGG No!

My kids love pete the cat. This year I bought the stuffed animal and made a travel log. He goes home nightly with a different student and they take a picture and record what they do together. I is amazing. FYI-Scholastic has pete the cat in his white shoes in the seasaw october order for 7.00 with the cd.

I read that book Tuesday and then we went on a TOUR!! The kids told me what Pete the cat would think about each place!
