This is the best piece of work I have ever created and I hope it makes my team do a "Happy Dance" when I bring it in to start the year. It grew into an enormous packet with tons of activities for students to build independent skills through well established routines. I have also included blank templates for teachers who need to add other words. I hope you love it as much as I do. Head over to my TpT store if this looks like a winner to you and now I need to pack for my trip to Utah. Click here to start shopping.

It looks like you put a lot of hard work into it. Congrats! :)
Fran,
OK..really....WHEN DO YOU SLEEP?? I have this in my cart. Can't wait to download it. Eventually, I will have to begin to choose which of these wonderful lessons I will use to begin my school year (in a few weeks). I've gathered so many great lessons,,,I need to organize now! THANKS so much for all your hard work!
I am so excited & am anxiously awaiting materials to go along with Pete the Cat's Rocking in my School Shoes. We start school on the 17th & I can't wait to share my new profound love... thanks to you!
I know I'll be doing the Happy Dance! You are AMAZING!
WOO-HOO! It almost makes coming back to work with you in 16 days exciting! The Happy Dance will start as we party by the two copiers with the lines of co-workers waiting to xerox start of school work :) Stopped by school yesterday to drop off stuff... furniture everywhere! At least lessons are set. I am finishing OCR "school" lesson plans for all of us today!
I am so excited to use your stuff in my classroom. I was just wondering what list of sight words you are currently using in your room. I want to make sure that my list meshes with my before I purchase them. Thanks!! Suzy
Doing happy dance here! I'm not ready to set up my classroom until I've ran my printer out of ink! This may do the job!! Thank you!!
I just printed out the first packet I bought. My poor laser printer is going to be working overtime for sure

did you get the words from any particular reading series? It looks great!
These words are from open court but I also made blank templates so you can add on other words.
Just purchased both and they are FABULOUS!!!! Thank you so, so, so, so much for all the work you put into these and for sharing them. I am looking forward to using them with my class this year.
I love your ideas!!! Why are you coming to Utah? Just a visit or for some sort of conference?
I purchased both sight word packets today, and they are fantastic. I love your work, and I am excited to use them in the classroom! Thanks so much!
Why didn't I find your blog when I was a kindergarten teacher BEFORE I became a principal? I even used Open Court!!
Wow. I have a principal on here looking at curriculum?! That makes you a real rock star in my world.I have reinvented this program to meet the needs of my students. Tell your kinder teachers to follow me and I hope something I have helps them along the way.
Fran
Hi Fran, love your first packet! I will be using the blank templates to create the activities with words we use in our kindergarten classes that aren't included in the packet. Just wondering if this packet (word searches, etc) will be conducive to adding different words. Please don't take this as criticism :) Love your work and your generous heart in sharing!
What a stellar teacher you are Fran! I love the fluency charts and the words in context! I would love to hear how you fit these activities in to your day. Do you do them all for each word? I have only 3 hours and 20 minutes! I will pick my favs! Thanks for all of your hard work and sharing!
Fran, everything that you have shared has been so amazing and helpful!! I can't wait to pick up your sight word packet!! I just decided to dive in and start my own Blog!! I am still trying to figure everything out but I was so inspiried by the awesome teacher blogs out there that I wanted to join in the fun!! Hope some day I can give back!! Check it out!! For The Love of Kindergarten.Blogspot.com!!
Your GREAT Fran!! I wish I had your skills to make things!!!
