My students might not have a label for many of the fruits and vegetables I will talk about this week. I will use large picture cards and review some of the more common ones and move on to the ones they might be more familiar with such as jicama. I might ask parents to send in a vegetable so they can have a tasting party!

Honestly this is what I use to teach and I can create it fairly quickly. Many of these strategies are pretty standard but I just "doll it up" with clipart.
I love your site. Thank you for sharing too. My kids will love all of your cute stuff.
Can we download these great worksheets?
Thanks!

Is there a place to download this? All your other garden things are downloadable. Thanks for all of them. They will be so useful. I remember the celery one from my days in school. Thanks.
This is not a download. I am selling these as soon as I can put a packet together so check back often and I hope you will follow me. Thanks for your interest.
I can't wait to use all your amazing resources when I start teaching Kindergarten. You are simply the best! I still remember being introduced to jicama in your kindergarten class way back when :) I think of that experience so often! Can't wait to visit you in your classroom soon! xoxo
