  8. Thank you so much for this freebie!! My students are working away on this skill. I love to use plastic eggs for the word families where the beginning sound is on one side and the rest of the word family is on the other side and they spin the egg and say the word.

    I like using plastic eggs with mixed up sentences. The kids put the words the correct order and then write them out.

  18. I'm in bed with pneumonia, but it has it's perks when I find posts like yours!

    I like to hide a golden egg in the room. If it's found, everyone gets a small treat for the day (sticker, smart, m&m, etc.)!

  32. I love the eggs that come in 3-4 parts (haven't been able to find them for a few years). They are great for building CVC and sight words with a letter on each piece.
