My students might not have a label for many of the fruits and vegetables I will talk about this week. I will use large picture cards and review some of the more common ones and move on to the ones they might be more familiar with such as jicama. I might ask parents to send in a vegetable so they can have a tasting party!
CUTE CUTE stuff! You have been a busy bear! LOVE IT ALL!

Honestly this is what I use to teach and I can create it fairly quickly. Many of these strategies are pretty standard but I just "doll it up" with clipart.
ReplyDeleteI love your site. Thank you for sharing too. My kids will love all of your cute stuff.
ReplyDeleteCan we download these great worksheets?
ReplyDeleteThanks!

Is there a place to download this? All your other garden things are downloadable. Thanks for all of them. They will be so useful. I remember the celery one from my days in school. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThis is not a download. I am selling these as soon as I can put a packet together so check back often and I hope you will follow me. Thanks for your interest.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to use all your amazing resources when I start teaching Kindergarten. You are simply the best! I still remember being introduced to jicama in your kindergarten class way back when :) I think of that experience so often! Can't wait to visit you in your classroom soon! xoxo
